We have lots of different wedding stationery collections and the delivery time varies between each collection. For a more accurate idea of delivery it is best to look at the related issues below to determine the delivery timescales by collection.

Solution:
Yes, for all personalised stationery you will receive a proof via email. Nothing goes to print until you have approved your proofs. You also have the opportunity to amend your proofs before final approval.
Question: Express Delivery of wedding stationery
Do you offer a fast express service for your wedding stationery ?
Solution:
Yes, most collections have an express option which is available to select at the
end of the order process. The option is only available for customers within the
UK. Please contact us for Express service overseas.
The current express service rates and delivery are as follows :-
CCA Collection -
Extra Cost £50.00 - Email proofs within 24 hours and despatch by
24hr courier within 48 hours of proof approval
Pure Collection -
Extra Cost £70.00 - Email proofs within 24 hours and despatch by
24hr courier within 7 days of proof approval (usually much faster)
Letterpress Collection -
Extra Cost £60.00 - Email proofs within 24 hours and despatch by
24hr courier within 5 working days of proof approval
Cartalia Collection -

Can we have place cards printed with guests' names?
Solution:
Unfortunately, CCA do not offer this service. The only personalisation they offer for Place Cards is to have the bride and grooms names and wedding date printed on the place cards leaving room for you to hand write the guest names. We do offer the Cartalia range of wedding stationery and many of the place cards in these designs have the option for your guests names to be printed on. Are we able to have our own wording in the invitations or is it set as shown?
Solution:
Dear Lesley, The wording is entirely your own choice. When you start the order process online we collect some information about the wedding details. We then present you with some common wording choices. You can select one of these or enter you own wording in the space provided. We always send a proof to show you the accurate layout according to the type and ink selections that you have made so you have the opportunity to make further changes before you approve your proof and your order is printed. All proofs and reproofs are free of charge except for designs from in The Letterpress of Cirencester range where a charge of £15.00 is made for a reproof. Kind Regards
