My fiance and I wanted a pocket fold invitation that was simple and classy...so we found Simplicity! It is truly stunning and has such a lovely feel to it, so when it arrived yesterday I couldn't wait to open it! If you're looking for an invitation where you can add a few bits and pieces of your own, then this is great, because there is enough room to add to it. We added a ceremony guide (as we're having two cultural weddings)and putting the ribbon and bow onto it wasn't too painful...it was quite nice to get the family together to do this. The ordering was
fine but it took some time to finally get the invitations as there was quite a bit of coming and going of proofs, but if you know exactly what you want, they come in no time at all. I only had to wait one week after I'd authorised the proofs! Olivia Samuel definitely offer value for money - they saved me over £100!

I spent months looking at wedding invitation designs but nothing quite fit the bill. The Jasper design was perfect for my country barn wedding. The colour is perfect and totally matches my colour scheme for my big day.
Being able to order a sample was great, I showed the invite to my parents before ordering; they loved them as much as me! I would definately recommend the service to others, good value for money and with the added flexibility to write your own wording was really useful.
Ordering was very simple indeed and the invites were delivered by courier.

WE CHOSE THIS DESIGN AS I REALLY LOVED THE BUTTERFLIES DESIGN, AND THOUGHT THAT IT WAS DIFFERENT TO ANYTHING WE HAD SEEN BEFORE. WE LOVED THE POEM, AS IT SUMMED UP OUR WEDDING IN ONE!! THE ONLY THING I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED WITH WAS THE FACT THAT THE DHL DRIVER REFUSED TO DELIVER AFTER 5PM, WHICH MEANT THAT I HAD TO GO TO HER HOUSE AFTER WORK TO COLLECT THE INVITATIONS. THIS HOWEVER IS NOT THE FAULT OF YOUR COMPANY, IT IS THE PROBLEM OF DHL, AND SO I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER UP WITH THEM. OVERALL, VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

There is one point that i would like to make which is that we ordered a sample from you before we placed our main order. We never received this which is shame.
I would still recommend you to others, but would advise that they chased for a sample.

Review Comments:
I was looking for something classic, clean and unfussy and yet special and not old-fashioned. Regency was perfect. Our guests were impressed by the invitation in its lined envelope - the invites went out close to Christmas so it was nice that they stood out from all the cards. The samples arrived promptly, which was important for us as we live overseas and only had a week in England to make most of the arrangements - we discovered Olivia Samuel on the Thursday afternoon and were flying out on the Saturday evening so were delighted that the samples arrived on Saturday morning!
Ordering online can seem impersonal, but I found the service very efficient and was impressed at how quickly the job was turned around.

We love the design as we wanted something different and something to reflect our wedding abroad, and this invitation is very cute!

We actually found the design elsewhere but Olivia Samuel had the best price for it that we could find. We also had complete freedom to tailor the text as we wanted it, which we didn't always find on other wedding stationery sites.

It did take a couple of proof-amendments for CCA to get the wording exactly correct (why didn't they just copy-paste what we had submitted?) but otherwise the order-to-delivery process was impressively quick!

CCA do need to typeset the wording again on their own systems which can be annoying we agree. All reproofs are free of charge so if you do have a specific layout in mind then please contact us and we will do our best to make this as stress free as possible.

I chose this design as it matched the theme and colours of my day. I am getting married valentines day so the red and white were ideal. The product was better than i expected and the overall quality of the item was brilliant with the invites feeling like they cost more than they actually did. I would recommend them to anyone looking for stationary for any occasion. The proofs were received in a matter of days and the amendments incorporated as requested. Overall an excellent company to deal with!!!

We chose this design as my colour scheme is chocolate and cream and this invite was the perfect colour. We had found it difficult to find a simple design that we liked in the right colour. It was lovely and we are both very pleased with the outcome. The samples arrived very quickly, I made a a couple of phone calls to clarify things, and the staff were extremely helpful, can't fault them. Very positive experience all round.

We liked the unusal but simple, unfussy design- and ithe quality of the card and printing was first class.
The sample arrived the following day and the proofs were dealt with very quickly. We received our invitations 10 days after placing the order- which is excellent service. Helpdesk was very good, when I had forgotten to approve a proof.

We are glad that you pleased with our service we would just like to point out though that Collisons proofing time can be up to 5 days at busy times of the year and 2 to 3 days is a more typical guide.

We chose the design because it was modern but not fussy. Guests seem impressed.
The E-Mail proof took a week and a phone call to arrive, but the end product came a week later, and fully met our expectations

Saw it in the Xpressions book in the Confetti Store, Perfect colour match, not many invites in this green colour. Great Product. The order process was great and products received very fast. Only issue have been sent white envelopes instead of soft cream.

I understand the envelope issue has been resolved. This was a picking error by CCA Occasions and the correct envelopes have been dispatched immediately. Yes, you will find all CCA wedding stationery in the Confetti stores. They are suppliers like us but we are always cheaper :-)
