This order was for Thank you cards only, although very nice they
were smaller in size than we had hoped, so not such good value as
the Invitations were Olivia Samuel very good to deal with overall,

Very nice invites - very pleased.
Delivery could have been better as received a phone call out of the
blue from the delivery man saying he wasd outside my house and I was
not answering the door. That would have been difficult as I was 15
miles away at work and had absolutley NO warning that any delivery
was due - would be better if you warned people first.
Overall though, very pleased with the product.

and all orders are sent by courier and require signature. We can deliver
to a work address if this is more convenient. You can specify the
delivery address as part of the online order process or we can change

We would like to thank Olivia Samuel for making our invitations
so special.
As Vettriano fans the design was special to us and so made for an
ideal choice.
The online ordering was thorough but simple and easy to follow -
and our requests regarding fonts etc were listened to. When the
proofs came they were easy to check and we ordered straight away.
Soon after, our items came. They were extremely well packaged and
care had clearly been taken with the checking of the orders.
We would like to say a big thanks to OS for making our wedding stationary

were perfect. Lots of the guests have commented on the verse on the
front and the effectiveness of the 3D butterflies. Our email samples

Classic Letterpress proved to be exactly the extremely classy and
traditional design we were looking for. It's not cheap but we thought
it was worth it anyway! The orders of service arrived well in advance
of the expected delivery date in spite of a few delays during the
proofing process. My only criticism was that I don't see that it's
particularly necessary to charge a further £15 for emendations
- everyone makes mistakes the first time, don't they? - but only for
second emendations.
Olivia Samuel Comments:
The Letterpress of Cirencester offer one free proof for each item
ordered. Unfortunately, the £15.00 reproof charge (if required)
is charged by the Letterpress of Cirencester if a second proof is
required for changes that are not from their error. Because we discount
the Letterpress pricing quite heavily we do need to pass this cost
on to our customer to remain competitive. If the change is only minor
(i.e to correct a spelling mistake for example) you can request the
change is made and the job printed without seeing a second proof thus
removing the reproof charge. Please note that the Letterpress offer
TWO free proofs for Orders of Service and the second proof charge
only applies to items from The Letterpress of Cirencester collection;
all our suppliers offer unlimited free reproofs |

My Fiance and I are very pleased with the design that we ordered.
We chose the design because we wanted something pretty but not too
fussy. We also felt that the cards were 'weddingy', having the interlacing
rings, without it being too in your face! I also liked the added
touch of the diamonte. The order arrived promptly and in excellent
condition. Similarly, samples arrived very quickly. I found the
ordering process particularly good as after I had emailed the finalised
draft I realised I had made an error and quick email later I was
able to amend it. The only issue I have with the cards is that on
the sample the lettering at the front had a kind of gold burnish
to it which our's doesn't have. Overall, I would highly recommed
this range and company.
Olivia Samuel Comments:
The 'gold burnishing' you noticed on your sample was actually burning.
Cartalia have worked very hard to remove the slight marking that
can occur when laser cutting on light colour boards such as that
used with the Bergamo range. We were holding some old sample stocks
of this range which did show these marks more prevalently. We are
sorry for the discrepancy and thank you for your kind words regarding
our service.

We loved the classy nature of the cards and wanted a chocolate brown
theme, plus this site was the cheapest we could find them.
Ordering was fantastic and we changed the wording about 4 times
but that didnt seem to matter. We ordered express delivery and the
invitations arrived just 2 working days after we approved the proofs.

guests have commented how beautiful the invites are. We received the
samples and the cards within the etimated times given on the site.
All our queries were handled efficiently and courteously. We would

Unusual and the written message on the card was very key for us.
I had a sample sent to me so I was fully aware of what I would be
receiving. Samples arrived at my home within 48 hours and I found
the ordering experience to be hassle free and easy. Brilliant service.

Although orange has been a huge trend in the bridal mags, it's been
quite difficult to find products to match the theme - so it was great
to find a product we loved from Olivia Samuel.
High quality product at a reasonable price.
Our request to have our children as the hosts on our invitations was
