  details. We need the following information (preferably in
  word or Excel format).

  > Bride and Grooms name
  > Wedding date
  > List of guest names for each table
  > Venue name
  > Diagram to show table layout

  We can accomodate most layouts and tables can be square,
  round.  On some occasions there may be an additional cost
  of £20.00 if the layout or table shapes are too complex.  You
  may contact us with your layout first to see whether this is
  the case.

After we have received your details we will email you a 
proof within 48 hours.  You can amend this proof as many
times as you like until you are happy with the wording
and layout.
